T-1400 Press UnitTensor’s T-1400 single width, 1-around press unit is engineered for high-reliability and long service life. The modular design of the units allows adaptation to change customer demands.

Tensor’s unique “bearing-in-a-bearing” eccentric design provides optimum dynamic support of the blanket cylinders, which reduces print disturbance.  This feature also provides unsurpassed durability in the critical frame bore area, thus providing the very long service life of the equipment.

Tensor will do a selective repair of the printing units and folder. This includes replacement or repair of any damaged or worn parts including Plate and Blanket Cylinders, Ink fountain Rollers, MicroMetric Rollers, Ink and Water Vibrators, Gears, Bearings, Electric Motors, and Pneumatics. The units will come with a complete set of new rubber rollers. The folder will be inspected and any damaged or worn parts will be replaced or repaired.

H-50 Folder H-50 FOLDER

Tensor’s H-50 1:2:2 jaw folder is designed for high-page count newspaper or precision commercial folding applications.  Its unique self-adjusting jaw allows effortless conversion from single web to multiple web jobs. 

The H-50 has a capacity of 12 webs of 32 lb. newsprint half folded and 8 webs newsprint quarter-folded.  The folder accepts a web range of 20" to 40".
